Terms and Conditions

1. Enrolment and Access

Enrolment is confirmed upon successful payment. Participants will receive access credentials to the online learning platform and training materials.

2. Payment Policy

All payments must be completed before access is granted to any course materials, live classes, or recorded sessions.

3. Return Policy

As a training firm, once participants have made payment and accessed the course materials, live sessions, or online content, returns are not accepted.

4. Refund Policy

BZMC operates a no-refund policy once participants have accessed the course content or participated in any session. Refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Duplicate payments made in error
• Course cancellation or rescheduling by BZMC without a suitable alternative

Any approved refund will be processed within 10–15 business days after verification and confirmation by our accounts department.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, documents, and other resources are the property of Bode Zakari Management Consultants (BZMC). Unauthorized copying, sharing, recording, or distribution is prohibited.

6. Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain professionalism and adhere to the platform’s code of conduct throughout the training program. BZMC reserves the right to suspend or withdraw access if a participant engages in misconduct.

7. Amendments

BZMC reserves the right to update these terms and policies when necessary, with reasonable notice provided to participants.
